Mythology always comes from the streets. In this series of found footage shot by Dr. Priest of Arts in 2018-2019, nameless people and places (a man, forced to clean the sidewalk; two bored soldiers; a woman surrounded by the raving crowd; even an empty road, etc.) get an symbolic role in the flamboyant bubble of poets’ imagination (circle of life one may say). While it’s only real people who act, get wrong, reflect in biological memory, making each other happy or sad, the observer, this Peeping Tom aspires to become a newborn olympian (well, as gods love to stay unseen).
